Videography Services for the St. Pete MLK Parade

1. Scope of Work
The selected videography team will be responsible for capturing high-quality video coverage of the 2026 St. Pete MLK Parade – “The Power of a Dream”, hosted by Tampa Bay Collard Green Festival Inc.
Services should include:
Comprehensive parade videography, including float coverage, performances, VIP stage, speeches, community engagement, and crowd energy.
Capturing both candid and staged moments throughout the event.
Multiple camera operators positioned at the start, middle, and end of the parade route.
Highlighting entertainment zones, performances, and crowd interaction.
Delivering both a full-length edited video of the event and a highlight reel (3–5 minutes).
Integration of provided parade logos, titles, and theme designs by Kory’s World Inc.
Pre-parade and post-parade recap footage for promotional use.
2. Coverage Details
Full-day coverage on January 19, 2026 (exact schedule to be confirmed after parade walkthrough).
Video documentation of ( Below ):
VIP Stage (guest speakers, performers, presentations).
Parade Route Highlights (floats, performers, marching bands, community groups).
Drone Coverage for aerial shots (must comply with FAA rules and local regulations).
Interviews/On-the-Spot Clips of participants, organizers, and crowd members.
3. Technical Requirements
Videographers must provide their own professional-grade video equipment (4K preferred).
Audio capture for speeches, stage performances, and interviews.
Drone coverage equipment and certified operators.
Stabilizers, tripods, lighting, and sound equipment as needed.
Redundant equipment backup in case of technical failure.
Delivery format: High-resolution digital files (MP4/ProRes) via secure download or external drive.
4. Logistics
Videography team must coordinate with the Tampa Bay Collard Green Festival Inc. event staff and production team.
Team is responsible for all power needs, including portable generators if necessary.
Team is responsible for providing its own transportation, setup, and breakdown.
Parade walkthrough prior to event required for confirming coverage zones.
5. Budget and Proposal Requirement
All proposals must include:
Detailed line-item budget outlining labor, equipment, post-production, and additional costs.
Samples of past videography work, especially for large-scale community events or parades.
Team qualifications and experience, including drone certification if applicable.
Timeline for post-production and delivery of final products.
